WELCOME TO “ECHOES FROM THE SAWDUST TRAIL” !            

As an evangelist and founder of Godly Heritage Ministries, it is my pleasure to  introduce you to an exciting feature of our website....we call it “ECHOES FROM THE SAWDUST TRAIL”.  On this location you will find  LIVE, OLD FASHIONED, RED HOT, CAMP MEETING REVIVAL PREACHING!!  There’s just something special about the unusual atmosphere of an old fashioned “BRUSH ARBOR MEETING”.  In bygone years when folks sought revival they would join together and put up support poles for a frame, and then cover the top with brushy limbs for shade.  Next would come a sawdust floor and lastly some rough-sawn wooden benches for folks to sit on.  And they never forgot to put a few of those crude benches up front for people to weep and cry out to God  as they knelt in prayer.  These  “mourners benches” were a vital part of the “SAWDUST  TRAIL” as was the Holy Ghost anointed  fiery preaching that God used to bring the godly conviction necessary to bring folk to them.  MAY GOD HELP US , AS “MODERN-DAY” CHRISTIANS, NEVER TO FORGET THE GREAT MOMENTS WHEN GOD MOVED IN THE HEARTS OF MEN......WHEN SINNERS CAME  IN REPENTANCE TO A HOLY GOD...WHEN LIVES GIVEN TO SIN WERE SALVAGED BY GOD’S MERCY AND GRACE...WHEN SOULS WERE SAVED, AND LIVES WERE CHANGED FOR ETERNITY.  YOU  AND I CAN HEAR IT STILL, IF WE LISTEN WITH OUR HEART TO THE DISTANT SOUND...THE “ECHOES FROM THE SAWDUST TRAIL”!
